This is a delicious dressing to top your summer salads. It is gluten-free with no artificial ingredients.

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup organic tomato paste
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely grated onion
1 tablespoon clover honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2  teaspoon organic mustard powder
1/2 cup canola oil (expeller pressed)
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1.  Set out a glass jar or bottle with a 2-cup capacity. Set aside.
2.  Using a blender, mix vinegar, tomato paste, and lemon juice until well blended. Blend in onion, honey, paprika, salt, and mustard.
3.  Combine oils in a measuring cup. Add oil mixture slowly in a fine, steady stream to tomato mixture. Blend well.
4.  Pour dressing into a the glass jar. Chill until ready to serve. Shake well before using.  Like us on Facebook.
