Exchange water for diet soda and you may accelerate your fat loss.  In a new study, women who drank a glass of water after lunch lost 14 percent more weight in 6 months and ate about 100 fewer calories a day than those who drank diet soda—even though they all were given the  the same diet and exercise plan.  Your hydration choice should be clear, cool water.  Like us on Facebook.
