A eight-year study out of Harvard found that women who prepared 11 to 14 meals at home weekly had a 13 percent lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes than those who cooked fewer than 6 meals weekly.  To save time, collect ingredients for recipes rather starting from scratch.  Stock refrigerator and freezer with healthy items that require minimal time for preparation.  Like us on Facebook.
