This is a beautiful summer salad that also can be used as a centerpiece to light up any table.

1 large ripe papaya, cut lengthwise in half and seeded

2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices

1 cup fresh blueberries or blackberries

1 cup green seedless grapes

8 large fresh strawberries, for garnish

1. Arrange papaya halves on a large dessert platter.  Place kiwi slices on cut side of papaya.  Arrange blueberries and grapes in 1/2-cup clusters and place onto the center cavity of each half.

2. Garnish with strawberries; chill.  When ready to serve, cut papaya into slices.
